To expensive
Easy to use, not enough features, to expensive. Limited plugins Pulling the plug after 8 months of use. Oscommerce was my first choice and I will be going back to it.

Stopped Working For Me
I only give this a 1 because of my experience. I've heard great things about it and was thrilled when it was first installed how easy it was. BUT then about 3 hours later i went to login to admin and it somehow didn't exist, then the catalog page itself only had about 1/2 the page and said 'xjax error' so i uninstalled it and am going with godaddy quickcart. it also said my key had been disabled or invalid so not sure if i did something wrong or what but that's my experience. if this happens to you you have to call pinnaclecart's customer service.

Fantastic ecommerce application

Best Cart on the Market!!!
I have been using Pinnacle Cart for 3 years now. We have over 70,000 items and what caught my eye was the bulk product and picture import and export feature. I'm not a programmer, so I had to have a good cart with a great support team. That is why I think Pinnacle Cart is a Great Package. My support tickets are responded to promptly. I also have their 24/7 phone support which puts me directly in touch with a support team member. Thank You for a Great Product and Support. Dennis - D&D appliance

What I have been searching for.
I used to use CRE- which is very unreliable, has bugs, and is difficult all around if you are not a techie. I moved over to volusion (volusion.com) which charged me 150/mo for a site. After a divorce I needed to save money so i came back to godaddy looking for options. I came across the pinnacle cart and went into the demo. Pinnacle cart uses the same interface that volusion uses (same concept, different look, but MUCH easier) but is a fraction of what I was paying. The interface is very wysiwyg and it is very simple to use. WIthin a few hours you are running and ready to go. Make sure you have a SSL because without it, you wont be able to check out, but overall this is a kick butt option. I am so glad godaddy pulled this onboard. I give this all around ***** 5 stars. For some of you that dont want to pay 42/mo, this is well worth it. It will take the stress, the hard work, and the question out of building an online site.
