Time Module Doesn't Work
The Time module doesn't work in this version...This has been corrected by Orange in the 2.4.1 version but that version isn't offered here. Frustrating to do all of that set up only to find that the punch in and out function doesn't work.

Easy to set up!
This is perfect for our small business. We have many field employees who never see the office, and they can enter their time on line. This saved us $$. The interface is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Nice....but
The software itself is nice. It works well for small to medium sized companies. My real problem came with the lack of good documentation and the inability to customize the application. There is no admin backend. There is no way to add or switch themes. Software does what it says it will do, so kudos for that.

Fantastic!
If you're looking for a small/medium HRM software web solution - this could be it!

In testing the software, ran into only one constant glitch [Never hit the [Enter] key - use the button provided to execute the command]. Only 1 database glitch that was easily rectified by going back and re-saving.

I performed a complete setup for a test company, subsidiary, multiple locations, businesses, employees, paygrades, projects, timesheets - workweeks [No - it is not a complete payroll solution for checks], vacation/PTO, etc., etc. Even custom reporting.

BIG KUDOS to the developers!

NOTE: Would I use this for stability, reliability in the real world for a company in need of such a solution? YES!
